Receptionist

Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team .The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will support daily front desk and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage basic records
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Coordinate with staff as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
