Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our real estate team. The role focuses on making outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and developers to gather information on available units in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to landlords, property owners, and developers to verify unit availability
• Collect and update property details into the company database/CRM
• Share updated availability lists with the sales team
• Maintain strong professional relationships with property contacts
• Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:

• Previous call center or telemarketing experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (another language is a plus)
• Strong telephone etiquette and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Candidate must hold a valid UAE visa
