We are seeking a Limousine Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily limousine operations for our hotel partners in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transportation services, maintain high service standards, and manage drivers to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily limousine operations
• Manage and schedule drivers efficiently
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services for hotel guests
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with hotel staff and management for smooth operations
• Prepare basic reports and maintain operational records

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in limousine, hotel transport, or hospitality supervision
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
