Job Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day operations, hygiene, safety, and discipline of the female staff accommodation, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and compliant living environment in line with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the female staff accommodation.
- Ensure accommodation cleanliness, hygiene standards, and proper housekeeping at all times.
- Monitor room occupancy, bed allocation, and maintain updated accommodation records.
- Enforce accommodation rules, code of conduct, and discipline among residents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the management promptly.
- Handle resident complaints professionally and resolve issues amicably.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and company HSE standards.
- Maintain inventory of accommodation assets (furniture, appliances, consumables).
- Support onboarding of new staff by arranging room allocation and orientation.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management as required.
- Assist during audits or inspections by authorities or clients.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure fire safety measures and emergency procedures are followed.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and harassment-free living environment.
- Report any violations or incidents immediately to HR / Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in staff accommodation management, housekeeping supervision, or facility operations in the UAE.
- Experience managing female staff accommodation is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE labour accommodation standards is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle staff issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, reporting).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Language Requirements
- English – mandatory
- Arabic / Hindi / other languages – an added advantage
Working Conditions
- Shift-based or extended hours as required.
- On-site presence at the accommodation is mandatory.
Gender Requirement
- Female only (due to supervision of female accommodation)
