NEW W MART SUPERMARKET is a leading supermarket committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage one of our branches efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock control, and ensure proper merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve branch targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain store hygiene, appearance, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in retail/supermarket environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and staff management.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
