Job Description
We are looking for a reliable HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with UAE labor processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment coordination (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support visa, MOHRE, and payroll coordination
- Track attendance, leaves, and probation periods
- Support HR Manager with reports and administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in an HR or admin role
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and MOHRE processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information
