About Us:
New W mart supermarket is a leading supermarket committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Branch Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth operations at our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
• Supervise and guide store staff, including cashiers, floor staff, and department supervisors.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist in sales targets achievement and store performance monitoring.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
