The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day operational activities of the company. This role ensures smooth workflow between departments, timely completion of assigned tasks, proper documentation, and effective communication with clients, government authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external authorities.
  • Monitor work orders, applications, and service requests, and follow up until completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with typing team, sales team, PROs, and accounts department for smooth operations.
  • Track application status related to trade license, visa processing, VAT, banking, and other government services.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and summaries for management.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide timely updates.
  • Support management in improving operational processes and efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination role.
  • Experience in UAE administrative services or business setup industry is an advantage.
