In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and attend scheduled customer meet-ups at agreed locations across the UAE.
- Guide customers through the digital application process and address basic onboarding queries as required.
- Deliver a personalized and professional customer experience at every interaction.
- Take ownership of customer interactions, follow-up, or escalating to the appropriate department as needed.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, aiming to resolve queries at first contact.
- Collect all required customer documents as per the onboarding checklist.
- Verify customer identity and validate original document against onboarding requirements
- Ensure documents are correctly uploaded to complete the onboarding process.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Must be proficient in language(s) required by the process
- Must have a UAE approved driving license
- Open to working flexible shifting schedules and good time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for in-person customer meetings across the UAE.
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Takes pride in delivering what is promised in line with the customer and service expectations
- Wants to do a good job, is concerned about getting it right for the customer and checks everything is in order
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialised applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Displays patience and empathy
- A knowledge expert who has the ability to teach/mentor others
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE
