Work and Responsibilities:
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the product and services offered by the company.
- Asking questions to the clients and understanding their specifications
- Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved.
- Initiate outbound calls and ensuring a steady flow of potential clients to the sales.
- Obtaining client’s information and other relevant data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication & follow-up
- Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and options available in the market
- Guide clients through mortgage applications process, including gathering required documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Maintain up to date knowledge of mortgage regulations, interest rates, and market trends
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, applications, and mortgage transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English Language
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address clients’ needs, fostering positive relationship
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
Requirements:
- Female Preferably
- Experience in customer service/telecalling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
PAY: Salary + Commission
