Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good people skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit processes
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
  • Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management
