Responsibilities
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Admin/HR role
- Knowledge of property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
- Understanding of Dubai real estate policies and RERA regulations
- Experience with Trakheesi permits and contracts (A, B & F)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Real estate experience is a strong advantage
