We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to assist clients with government attestation of documents. The role involves guiding customers through procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a smooth and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with government attestation of educational documents
  • Guide clients through submission, verification, and collection processes
  • Verify document requirements and provide accurate information on procedures, fees, and timelines
  • Maintain customer records and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
  • Stay updated on attestation rules and government guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Typing speed: minimum 35 WPM
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Must be currently available in the UAE
