Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role supports employees and management while ensuring company policies and labor laws are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage employee engagement and welfare activities
- Support exit formalities, settlements, and documentation
