Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Maintenance Administrator to support our maintenance operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair works
- Prepare job cards, reports, and maintenance records
- Communicate with technicians, suppliers, and vendors
- Handle purchase requests and follow up on materials
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing
- Support the maintenance team with general admin duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance administration or a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
