Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Maintenance Administrator to support our maintenance operations in Ajman. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair works
  • Prepare job cards, reports, and maintenance records
  • Communicate with technicians, suppliers, and vendors
  • Handle purchase requests and follow up on materials
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing
  • Support the maintenance team with general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance administration or a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance operations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
