We are looking for a proactive and results-driven sales agent for a field-based role. The candidate will spend most of the time outside generating leads, visiting clients, explaining the company’s services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in outdoor sales, capable of working independently, and focused on achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outdoor sales activities and market visits
• Visit potential clients such as garages, fleet operators, corporate offices, and individual customers
• Present and explain vehicle registration services clearly and professionally
• Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with customers to close deals and ensure satisfaction
• Submit daily activity and sales reports
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Track competitor activity and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Experience in outdoor or field sales (automotive or service sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of UAE business areas is an advantage
