We are seeking an experienced Customer & Real Estate Agent with strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, handle property inquiries, and support buying, selling, and leasing activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to buying, selling, and leasing properties in the UAE
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
• Provide accurate information on pricing, locations, and market trends
• Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and transaction processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure
• Maintain updated records of clients, leads, and property listings
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Proven experience as a Customer Service or Real Estate Agent in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE property market and leasing/sales procedures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach with professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and property portals
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
