Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations and staff schedules
- Ensure food preparation and service meet quality and safety standards
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Act as a point of contact between kitchen staff and management
- Assist with training new kitchen team members
- Address operational issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
