Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive IT product and service sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 2,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
- Attractive Incentive Plan on achieving sales targets
- Probation Period: 6 months
