WOW Real Estate LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with a hospitality customer service background, and strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations and handle incoming calls
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor logs
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide basic administrative support to internal teams
- Ensure a positive first impression of the company at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
- Native Arabic Speaker – mandatory
- Hospitality customer service background is highly preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in real estate, corporate offices, hotels, or service-based environments
- Currently residing in the UAE
