Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients to promote company products and services.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold visits.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up sales quotations, proposals, and follow‑ups.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally during site visits, meetings, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in outdoor or field sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and customer segments.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
