Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and control company documents (hard & soft copies)
  • Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain document registers and track document status
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
  • Ensure documents comply with company and project standards
  • Support admin and project teams with documentation needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as a Document Controller
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
