About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in managing on-site activities. You will supervise workers and subcontractors, coordinate daily work schedules, and ensure that all fit-out works are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong site experience, clear communication (especially with Russian-speaking teams/clients), and the ability to proactively resolve site issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-end interior fit-out projects
• Supervise and coordinate labourers, and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Support the Project Manager in planning daily and weekly work activities
• Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools to avoid delays
• Coordinate and place material orders as per site requirements to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain site discipline
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively and report concerns to the Project Manager
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with internal teams and consultants

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within a fit-out/interior company in Dubai
• Fluent in Russian (mandatory); English communication required
• Strong knowledge of interior trades such as joinery, woodwork, marble, painting, glazing, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and technical plans
• Good understanding of Dubai site procedures and NOC requirements
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to quality, safety, and site discipline
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
