We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Wild & The Moon

Wild & The Moon is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and has strong knowledge of the Syrve POS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellence in service
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team
• Manage staff scheduling and performance
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Use the Syrve app for sales reporting, stock management, and operational efficiency
• Ensure brand standards, hygiene, and quality are consistently met
• Create a welcoming, mindful customer experience aligned with Wild & The Moon values

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager / Restaurant Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Syrve (mandatory)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Passion for wellness, plant-based food, and conscious living
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
