About The Job

A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, memorable, and high-quality experience. Key responsibilities include managing check-ins/check-outs, resolving guest complaints promptly, handling VIP requests, and providing information about local attractions . They focus on building rapport, fostering guest loyalty, and acting as a liaison between guests and Company.
