Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Real Estate Consultants who want to grow seriously in the Dubai real estate market. At Luxwell, you won’t be just another agent. You will receive structured support, qualified leads, and direct mentorship to help you build a strong and sustainable career in both off-plan and secondary markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful transactions
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored investment advice
  • Manage listings, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Negotiate offers and support clients through the full transaction cycle
  • Build long-term relationships and a strong personal client base

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hunger to learn and grow in Dubai real estate
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and professional
  • Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
