Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Associate with 2–3 years of experience in luxury product sales (retail) or wellness products. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about promoting high-end lifestyle products while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by handling walk-in clients, cold calls, and lead follow-ups, closing deals efficiently.
  • Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with clients in luxury or wellness sectors.
  • Handle walk-in clients, lead inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring personalized customer consultations and closing sales efficiently.
  • Actively manage, track, and nurture a large database of leads and existing clients within the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and conversion of leads into confirmed showroom visits, site meetings, and sales opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and create tailored Project Execution Plans and client briefs to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date project reports, sales activity logs, and client communications.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new launches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work proactively to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotations, and transactions in CRM or other reporting tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Retail Sales (Preferably in luxury products or wellness sector).
  • Valid Driving License (mandatory).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in handling client meetings, product demonstrations, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM tools.
  • Professional presentation and client engagement skills.
