We are a growing interior design studio delivering high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We seek a professional, friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally; manage the reception area.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take and relay messages.
- Serve coffee, tea and water to clients and guests; maintain a hospitable meeting environment.
- Maintain general office cleanliness and tidiness (kitchen, reception, meeting rooms, common areas).
- Assist with light administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, receiving deliveries) as needed.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, polite manner and strong customer-service orientation.
- Previous reception, hospitality, or front-desk experience preferred.
- Basic housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, able to manage multiple small tasks.
- UAE work permit / valid residency status.
Desirable
- Familiarity with interior design office environment (advantage, not required).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and phone systems.
