About Us
We are a growing interior design studio delivering high-quality residential and commercial interiors. We seek a professional, friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and help keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally; manage the reception area.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; take and relay messages.
  • Serve coffee, tea and water to clients and guests; maintain a hospitable meeting environment.
  • Maintain general office cleanliness and tidiness (kitchen, reception, meeting rooms, common areas).
  • Assist with light administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, receiving deliveries) as needed.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Professional, polite manner and strong customer-service orientation.
  • Previous reception, hospitality, or front-desk experience preferred.
  • Basic housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, able to manage multiple small tasks.
  • UAE work permit / valid residency status.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with interior design office environment (advantage, not required).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and phone systems.
