CKC Technology is a growing technology-focused company operating across multiple regions. We are seeking a Female highly organised and professional Personal Assistant / Receptionist to support the Director and oversee front-of-office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Personal Assistant to the Director
  • Organise and manage domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Arrange and manage business meetings and schedules
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calendar management
  • Provide day-to-day support with the Director’s work
  • Oversee and assist with other business operations as required
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and clients

Language Requirements

  • Primary: English (fluent)
  • Secondary Any of the following: Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Confidence using email, calendars, and basic office software
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Previous PA, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus (but not essential)
