Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales activities in maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Generate new business for maintenance, fit-out, and renovation projects
• Meet clients, prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on approvals
• Coordinate with operations, estimation, and project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Executive in maintenance / fit-out / construction / renovation
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and client handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license (is a plus)
• Immediate joiners are an advantage
