Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fit-Out Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, excellent negotiation skills, and hands-on experience selling interior fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out industry
• Manage client relationships from lead generation to project handover
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (commercial/residential)
• Existing client network in UAE is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
