Sales Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate sales activities and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
