We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage materials, shipments, and procurement support, ensuring smooth operations across projects and sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement, delivery, and storage of construction materials and equipment
- Support procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
- Track material availability, delivery schedules, and site requirements
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and logistics support
- Maintain documentation, reports, and trackers for logistics, inventory, and procurement
- Assist in resolving operational or supply chain issues to avoid project delays
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, operations, or procurement in the construction industry
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local market practices
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
