We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage materials, shipments, and procurement support, ensuring smooth operations across projects and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement, delivery, and storage of construction materials and equipment
  • Support procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
  • Track material availability, delivery schedules, and site requirements
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and logistics support
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and trackers for logistics, inventory, and procurement
  • Assist in resolving operational or supply chain issues to avoid project delays

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or procurement in the construction industry
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and local market practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
