The Role
Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the retail team to ensure marketing initiatives align with store goals. • Update in-store graphics and signage regularly, ensuring alignment with brand standards. • Set up and maintain activation zones for special occasions, seasonal promotions, and sale events. • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, gathering insights to improve future initiatives. • Coordinate with merchandising team for the production and installation of in-store materials. • Assist in planning and executing SMS campaigns and events or promotional activities to engage customers and increase store visits. • Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve visual merchandising, signage, and activation zones. Industry Background • Experience in fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or FMCG retail is mandatory. • Hands-on exposure to mall-based retail environments and multi-store operations. • Strong understanding of store-led marketing, customer footfall drivers, and point-of-sale visibility.
Requirements
Skills & Experience • 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, in-store activations, or visual merchandising support. • Practical experience in executing in-store campaigns, seasonal promotions, sale events, and brand activations. • Strong coordination skills with retail operations, merchandising, VM, vendors, and print partners. • Ability to manage store graphics, signage updates, and activation setups in line with brand guidelines. • Experience in on-ground execution, not just planning or agency coordination. • Familiarity with SMS campaigns, basic CRM promotions, and store-level customer engagement activities. • Comfortable with regular store visits and field-based work
