Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide friendly and professional service.
- Promote and sell products while ensuring an engaging shopping experience.
- Prepare and package merchandise, arrange displays on counters and store shelves.
- Track inventory, handle receiving and returning of goods, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the store and products clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum Matriculation (SSC) or Intermediate (HSSC) certification
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations
- Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn may be considered
- Experience in FMCG, fashion retail, electronics, cosmetics, or similar consumer-facing industries is preferred
- Prior experience in cash handling, inventory management, or visual merchandising is a plus
