Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and property values
- List properties by advertising, staging, and coordinating professional photography
- Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and client documentation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid real estate license (required)
- Proven sales, negotiation, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency with real estate tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
