Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
