Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must be responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of operating tower cranes efficiently on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator
• Experience operating 10-ton tower cranes is mandatory
• Valid tower crane operator license/certification
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and load limits
• Ability to follow site instructions and work with site engineers
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions

Responsibilities:

• Operate tower crane safely and efficiently
• Lift, move, and position materials as per site requirements
• Conduct daily equipment checks before operation
• Follow all safety regulations and site policies
• Coordinate with riggers and site supervisors
