We are looking for a hospitality expert to become the welcoming face and energetic hub of our prestige center in Dubai. This role is central to creating an exceptional member and guest experience from the moment they walk in.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact: Greet members and guests with a warm, energetic welcome that reflects our brand’s spirit.
• Master of guest experience: Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, class bookings and answering multi-line phone inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Support our community: Assist members with inquiries and help maintain a pristine, organized, and motivating facility environment.
• Execute other related tasks assigned by the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
