Job Vacancy: Secretary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Secretary to join our maintenance company. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensure smooth communication, and maintain efficient office workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread letters, reports, memos, and other business documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Ensure accurate document filing and quick retrieval when required.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional office environment.
  • Keep accurate financial records, including invoices, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues promptly and professionally.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 (all-inclusive)
  • Availability: Immediate joining required
