Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Fit-Out to lead business development and sales operations across interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, a solid client network, and proven experience handling commercial and residential fit-out projects from lead generation to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in interior fit-out / contracting companies in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out market, pricing, and project cycles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

- Experience handling high-value fit-out projects
- Established client and consultant network in the UAE
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
