The CMAO will serve as the senior authority on marketing analytics, attribution, customer insights, and performance measurement—partnering closely with marketing, product, finance, and technology leaders to ensure data-driven execution and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise marketing analytics and measurement strategy
  • Establish KPIs, attribution models, and performance frameworks across all marketing channels
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for executive leadership
  • Oversee customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and personalization insights
  • Partner with the CMO to optimize marketing investment, ROI, and growth initiatives
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and experimentation
  • Govern marketing data quality, taxonomy, and analytics tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with technology and data teams on analytics infrastructure and martech stack
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing analytics and insights teams
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or performance measurement
  • Proven leadership experience at the executive or senior leadership level
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing analytics, attribution, and marketing mix modeling
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM, and martech ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions with data-driven insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to boards and executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale, multi-channel or global marketing environments
  • Background in data science, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven marketing analytics and personalization
  • Industry experience in [e.g., retail, SaaS, financial services, healthcare, media]
