Warehouse In-Charge – Building Materials Company

We are hiring a Warehouse In-Charge for a building materials trading company to manage daily warehouse and delivery operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the building materials trading industry
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Must speak Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Willing to stay on-site full time (accommodation & food provided)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP or willingness to learn ERP/CRM
• Basic Excel knowledge for stock reporting
• Physically fit, responsible, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Manage loading & unloading of materials
• Organize and maintain accurate stock records
• Ensure materials loaded match invoices
• Coordinate with drivers and assist during deliveries
• Handle and return signed delivery documents
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
• Oversee vehicle maintenance
• Assist in driving/delivery if required
