Housekeeping Attendant

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the Rixos Bab Al Bahr standards
  • Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection
  • Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly
  • Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards is an advantage
