Full job description

  • Regularly update and maintain online listings from property portals
  • Track and coordinate leads from websites and other online resources
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, agreements and other necessary documentations
  • Use CRM to submit tenancy contracts and related data
  • Photo editing and watermarking
  • Managing paper works / documentation for clients eg Ejari and DEWA connection
  • Create invoices for daily transactions
  • Facilitate offer letters for prospect tenants and buyers
  • Manage handovers of properties and clients between brokers as needed
  • Keep records of monthly sale board and clipboards of the company
  • Organize everyday call statistics report of incoming and outgoing calls of the agents
