Role Overview:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house and back-of- house operations at Yamanote Atelier, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and alignment with the brand’s quality standards. This role leads the service & production teams, drives performance, maintains service excellence, and supports the restaurant’s commercial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain and enhance service standards, SOPs, and brand consistency
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and wastage to achieve financial targets
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management team
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and UAE regulations

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a restaurant or hospitality group

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

· Solid understanding of service excellence and guest relations

· Experience with budgeting, cost control, and reporting

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

· Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or premium casual dining is an advantage

· Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
