- Provide updates on shipment status, delays, or changes.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, product availability, and documentation.
- Maintain clear, courteous, and timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare and share shipment documents such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices.
- Track shipments and ensure on‑time dispatch and delivery.
- Resolve issues related to routing, delays, or discrepancies.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company procedures and customer requirements.
