  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery timelines, product availability, and documentation.
  • Maintain clear, courteous, and timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Prepare and share shipment documents such as delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices.
  • Track shipments and ensure on‑time dispatch and delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to routing, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with company procedures and customer requirements.
