Job Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist cum Secretary to manage front-desk operations and provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-organized, and fluent English. Fillipino preferred, should able to join immediately. Only female candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in Arabic and English
  • Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room schedules
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable

Secretarial & Administrative Duties

  • Provide secretarial support to management
  • Draft, format, and manage correspondence, letters, and reports
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Assist with travel arrangements and office coordination

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
