Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist cum Secretary to manage front-desk operations and provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-organized, and fluent English. Fillipino preferred, should able to join immediately. Only female candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in Arabic and English
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and manage meeting room schedules
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
Secretarial & Administrative Duties
- Provide secretarial support to management
- Draft, format, and manage correspondence, letters, and reports
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Maintain filing systems and confidential records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Assist with travel arrangements and office coordination
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
