We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist with sales skills to manage front-desk duties while supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, manage appointments, and contribute to sales conversion through upselling and lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead tracking
- Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions
- Upsell services or products where applicable
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times
