We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist with sales skills to manage front-desk duties while supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, manage appointments, and contribute to sales conversion through upselling and lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and lead tracking
  • Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions
  • Upsell services or products where applicable
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and professional at all times
