Personal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Personal Assistant to support a senior executive with personal and lifestyle-related matters. The role involves managing daily personal arrangements while ensuring smooth coordination, confidentiality, and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and lifestyle support, including bookings, reservations, gift purchasing, holiday arrangements, and family-related requests
  • Coordinate property-related matters, including rental arrangements, tenant communication, DEWA bills, lease renewals, and liaison with agents
  • Handle email correspondence with tenants, service providers, and contractors, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Coordinate furnishing, maintenance, minor repairs, and restoration works with contractors and service providers
  • Support household staff coordination (maids, drivers, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Proven Personal Assistant experience in Dubai / UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Fluent in English and Russianlanguage
